Telesis Homecoming 2009 kicks off with Senior Night at the Tigers Football Game on Friday, October 9th beginning with a Booster Club tailgate party at 6:30 PM at the Island Field. All Telesis Seniors wil be honored at halftime. Spirit Week follows the following school week, October 12 - 16, with a 50s - 60s theme occurring every day as follows: Monday-50's & 60's attire, Tuesday-Nerds & Jocks attire, Wednesday-Celebrity Day (dress as your favorite 50s-60s celeb), Thursday-Jersey Day (wear your favorite Jersey), and Friday-Spirit Day (show your school spirit by wearing Telesis Black and Gold). Ballots will be distributed for the Telesis Homecoming Queen, King, Princess and Prince to be crowned at the Homecoming Dance. Academy students will receive a special invitation to Homecoming Dance 2009 via an actual 45 rpm record from the past with the invitation printed right on the label. The Dance will be Saturday, October 17th, 7-11 PM at the Realtors Center, so Academy students can rock 'n roll with a Happy Days theme in poodle skirts and letter jackets. Be there or be square!
